Hello to Everyone! Heres a History Lesson!

I'm sure that the only ones looking at this blog will be those who know my other blog, Lilli Bee, but I am happy to be able to post pictures of my nail art all the same. This post will mainly comprise of previous nails I have done.

These first few photos are from long ago. The idea came form Axis Powers Hetalia- a history anime. I am a huge history buff anyway, so I jumped when a friend of mine gave me the idea. The mechanics of this are really simple: its just some lines and toothpicks were used for the smaller parts.

The Baltics and some Slavics.
l-r: Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia

Russia is the largest, Poland and Liet have their Commonwealth, Estonia is kinda just there, and, if going by Hetalia characters, Latvia is the smallest.

Asians
l-r: China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan

Pretty much a copy of the above as for reasoning.

Germanics
l-r: Poland, Hungary, Austria, Prussia, Germany

Poland is great friends with Hungary. Austria and Hungary were one nation before WWI. Austria and Prussia have a love/hate relationship, and Germany is the West to Prussia's East.

More Germanics
l-r: Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein

Belgium is on my thumb as she should be next to Germany, and Holland and Luxembourg are her brothers. Swiss is forever next to his beloved Lily, the smallest anion on this hand.

I don't know how you'd classify these.
l-r: Poland (I like Poland), USA, UK, France, Germany

Polish Americans are heavy in Chicago, and, when my pinkies were together, Poland was next to Lithuania. USUK wins. FrUK is pretty cute too. Those three are kinda just world power buddies, and then Germany gets mixed in there too because he's cool.

No classification
l-r: Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Prussia, Lithuania

Swiss and Austria have that love/hate childhood thing going on. AustriaHungary. Enough said. Hungary and Prussia were old allies. Prussia got his butt kicked by Lithuania at the battle of Tanemburg (If I spelled that correctly, I believe that to be true. If not, he was defeated by the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth at some point of his world domination plan.)
